September 2023 — A prospective sale of two electric forklifts to a New Zealand client took an interesting turn when, prior to dispatch, the customer expressed concerns over product quality. Opting for a direct approach, the client traveled to China for a hands-on inspection.

Upon his arrival, we facilitated a comprehensive tour of both our electric forklift and excavator manufacturing facilities. The firsthand experience not only allayed his initial concerns but also reinforced his confidence in the excellence of our machinery.

Impressed with the stringent quality standards and advanced manufacturing processes witnessed during the tour, the client decided to place an additional order. Beyond the initial two electric forklifts, he ordered two more, alongside a state-of-the-art excavator.

The machines have since been delivered to New Zealand and are already operational, marking a positive end to a venture that began with skepticism but concluded in mutual trust and expanded business collaboration.
